Improvements / additions

• Added livequery property to the options object, enabling dynamically added content to be automatically bound to the menu.
• Added new function named nojeegoocontext. This function is used to unbind context from it's menu.
• Fixed autoAddSubmenuArrows bug. Calling jeegoocontext with the same menu id multiple times resulted in multiple submenu arrows being added.
• Cleaned up skin cm_default's stylesheet.
